MQ3 (“we,” “us”) makes personalized “name songs” and original, inspirational music, delivered digitally. By using this site or buying a song, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Every song on MQ3 can be streamed in full for free. Buying a song gets you your own MP3 download plus the lyrics, for the price shown at checkout.

We accept GCash and PayPal. GCash payments are verified by us by hand, so delivery can take a few hours instead of arriving instantly. PayPal payments are processed automatically by PayPal itself. MQ3 never sees or stores your GCash PIN, bank details, or full card number — those stay between you and GCash or PayPal.

PayPal: your MP3 and lyrics download automatically right in your browser after payment. GCash: once we’ve verified your payment, we personally email you the download.

Because you can listen to a song in full before buying it, and delivery happens automatically or shortly after payment, purchases are final once delivered. If your file is missing, corrupted, or something went wrong on our end, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Submitting a name doesn’t guarantee a song will be made for it. If and when a song for that name is ready, we’ll email you to let you know.

Once you’ve bought a song, it’s yours to keep, enjoy, and share. We just ask that you don’t resell it or use it commercially without checking with us first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
