1. What we collect
Your email address, so we can notify you or deliver a download; the name you’re requesting or buying a song for; and for GCash orders, the reference number you submit so we can verify your payment.
2. What we don't collect
MQ3 doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts. We never see or store your GCash PIN, bank details, or card number — those stay between you and GCash or PayPal directly.
3. How we use it
To deliver your song, let you know when a requested name is ready, verify GCash payments, and keep basic order records.
4. Who we share it with
Nobody, other than PayPal, and only to process a PayPal payment. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.
5. How long we keep it
As long as we need it for accurate order records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — just email us.
6. Children
MQ3 isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone we know to be under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
